      My time with Simplot was pleasant. There was good communication between management and location.

      Pros

      Being family owned. The company means well. PTO is beyond great. Benefits suit my needs.

      Cons

      Going above and beyond will not grant you a bonus as it does on the sales side. Lots of middle management. Makes decisions at the locations extremely difficult. Do more with less. Very tight on staff as compared to others in the industry.
