Pros

Benefits, benefits, benefits. What can I say they have great benefits that you can't really find anywhere else.

Cons

Lots of down time during the Fall and Winter months. The work isn't that consistent on the Grower Solutions side (SGS).

any safety complaints will lead to retalitory action by management.
