      Huge olant with lots to work on

      Your working for a very prominent company that has a lot of respect from the community

      Cons

      Its a new plant with lots of employees from the previous companynit belonged too and there is tons of conflict with that regarding willingness to train new employees and bitterness on how some of their transitions went.
