NOthing really. it was a nice place to work

It felt like a good-ole-boy club. Everyone had been together for years and years. They had their own quirky way of talking with each other and interacting with themselves. Maybe it was just a cultural thing with the industry, but I found it very strange coming in from the outside. It also seemed totally acceptable to lose your cool in meeting, yell, make a scene. Totally unprofessional. I also ran across numerous integrity issues that would have been immediate grounds for dismissal at my previous companies. Here no one batted an eye.
