      Pros

      Simplus so far is the best example of a work-life balance & employee first culture. The company has a friendly environment, work-from-home benefits (very ideal for working moms who'd like to spend more time with their child/children), flexible working hours, considerate management and provides perks such as free food.

      Cons

      It would be best to have our own Simplus office rather than co-working space for other activities and future growth.

      - I feel compensation & benefits of PH not on par with US - Stress/health effects because of night shift schedule

      Open culture and friendly colleagues. Lots of opportunities to grow within the company

      Cons

      None so far but expect processes to be fluid/constantly changing as the company continues to grow and look for ways to improve their internal processes. It's not a con but it might be for people who are used to structures and established processes.
