Pros
I hardly know where to begin... From the CEO down to the Receptionist, employees live the values and work as a team. It is so refreshing to work for a company that is cooperative. This team is smart, talented, dedicated and FUN! We value 1- Critical Thinking 2- Accountability 3- Underdog Spirit and we have fun a long the way. Because our workforce is spread out across the globe, Simplus pays for activities outside of work at our hubs for employees to get to know each other. We have slack channels for things like dogs, food, and other random channels so that we can bond with other employees and make connections. We are provided with the tools we need to get the job done. We are treated like adults/professionals and given flexibility to work remotely with unlimited PTO and get the job done. Communication and collaboration are fluid. Ideas win. With Simplus employees feel truly valued. It is a safe environment where it is safe to make a mistake and learn to make us better. It is truly ok to take a day off, or work from home, when you're sick rather than exposing coworkers to getting sick. Beautiful office building. Great benefits. Terrific Coffee. Snacks. I could go on and on. The most important part is working with a great group of people who are truly aligned and working as a team. I LOVE working here!
Cons
We are growing very rapidly so individuals who are uncomfortable juggling a lot in a rapidly changing environment may not be the right fit. There are normal challenges that come with hyper growth. Other than that I honestly can not think of any cons and I actually thrive in this type of environment and consider it a pro not a con.
