Pros
The two greatest aspects of the Simplus work environment are the focus on transparency and the focus on stewardship. Transparency comes about through regular company meetings with the executives. We go over company results -- both good and bad -- and what it means for work at Simplus. We go over plans for the future as well as contingency plans. This helps employees to understand where we are in the economic environment. Better than the transparency is the stewardship. Stewardship is so important that it is one of the three core values held by the entire company - from the top down. Everyone is very eager to help each other out, both in and out of a work capacity. We take care of each other.
Cons
Simplus is distributed across the entire globe. Unless you're at one of the main offices, it's very likely that you will work from home. If you're not used to this style of work it can take some getting used to.
