Pros
Simplus was roughly half the size last year as it was today. And they have a great team at the top with good ideas, who are not above asking for ideas from the regular employees as well. I love my coworkers and feel we have some of the best, more talented Salesforce folks around.
Cons
Growth also means growing pains. However, I think that the overall compassion from the top down is something that helps with those growing pains. I feel like through all of the communication and transparency, this helps us understand what we can do to help with the growth.
