Since the Company is growing so fast, some of our great resources are being over-utilized. As a team leader, we've been handling all of the concerns of the resources and sometimes whenever I tried to reach out to the Management, they always emphasized the Company Goal rather than acknowledging the resources concerns.

The pace may be too fast for those who are used to a slow, corporate environment.
