      Pros

      Awesome company culture - feels like a second home! Company transparency - get to really see how the business works SFDC certification incentives - upskill and get rewards! Bootcamp programs cater to both fresh grads and experienced hires - equal opportunity for everyone to hop on the SFDC train!

      Cons

      Training still in the process of evolving - full-time trainers currently a challenge but SMEs are stepping up to fill the gap BYOD would be a dream!

      Pros

      There are a lot of Pros. The employees have visibility on how the company's overall performance through the locker room and monthly meetings. This makes the employees feel really involved. There are a lot of opportunities to learn, from slack channel to individual contributors willing to help on different projects. The company really is a close-knit group. Communication is great within the company through Slack which is definitely better than Hangouts. Its easy to work with offshore resources and distance isnt really a factor because of zoom. Work from home options are a big plus. The company really shows that when you take care of your employees, the employees will take care of the business.

      Cons

      Since Simplus is a global company, it would be nice to have meetups from time to time.

      Pros

      The management in general, especially the executive team, has shown great concerns with their employees with special emphasis on Stewardship as a core value. Everyone is very professional and collaborative, especially when you closely work with them on projects.

      Cons

      It's still not yet an enterprise company and we still have a lot improvements to make especially in terms or HR communications and project management.
