Amazing transparency throughout entire organization. Fast growing with great chances for upward mobility. Management really cares about employee retention

Cons

Can be chaotic at times. Companies will put people in projects that don’t fit their experience. Burnout is a common problem among consultants.

- Great people and leadership - Culture - You're given the freedom to do your job the way you see fit, trying new things etc - Great work/life balance - Unlimited PTO and decent benefits

Cons

There are a lack of processes in some departments that make things feel ad hoc/disorganized at times. This is normal for a company growing this fast, and we're building out new standard processes and documentation to help alleviate this.
