Business Outlook
Pros
One thing I love with Simplus is the culture of trust, integrity and being family-oriented. The team doesn't feel the hierarchy, we treat each other as family members and our leaders trust us so much. Another area that I like most is the transparency of the management to discuss everything to all it's employees.
Cons
Not much cons to discuss, but just need to cope up with fast-paced environment with aggressive timeline. Shifting is also a bit of a challenge.
