      Pros

      *Autonomy is a key thing in my role, I am trusted by my peers and management to deliver without any interference. * The biggest pro for me is the culture that has got Simplus to this point remains in tact and it is the next part of the journey, which is what my new colleagues are excited about. *There is still a startup feel with links to larger projects which is something I am looking for on variety of workload.

      Independence, possible to shine if you have bare minimum consulting skills

      Cons

      No consulting maturity around process, documentation, or management. Very low quality work is delivered to clients due to a lack of expertise, very high turnover, and poor collaboration with the largest part of the workforce, which is offshore. Executives and middle management are mediocre, but loyal, so that means we're stuck with the same lack of vision. To top it all off, we've been sold out to Infosys, and it's clear no one is happy about that other than the investors. No real diversity unless you count the offshore resources in the Philippines.
