Pros
Acquisitions can be tricky and many people have had negative past experiences - I am happy to say, that so far in the Simplus - Sqware Peg scenario, it has been a text book positive experience. Even thought this is in the early days, it is clear that this has been well thought out Acquisition and has so far been positive experience for the whole team at all levels. Some key points regarding the success - Lots of communication and lots of opportunity to share ideas - giving the team a sense of comfort that they are being heard and that they understand what is happening - Not a one way street - there is lots of opportunity to communicate up and down Simplus are displaying the want to understand the Sqware Peg culture not change it wholesale. That said the culture and values are very very similarly aligned and it is easy to see the immediate synergy. -The opportunity for the Simplus Australian team to have access to some amazing benefits and global opportunities that Simplus North America have invested extensive time and resources developing. Looking forward to seeing what the future brings!
