Its ok to take other associates sales

great place to work, very flexible, time off is great

Cons

You could work on a customer for a week, (ie emails, calls, etc) if you are unavailable to take their call, if they call back........ someone else takes the call and just takes their payment SALE IS LOST the person that takes the payment gets the sale... NOT OK.... Management seems to be more about just making money Not about how hard you work to get the customer to commit

Simply Business is a great place to work with a solid strategy. The leaders are people oriented and the team members go out of their way to help each other. The technology is solid and constantly being kept to the latest. The pay, benefits and remote culture are all good.

Cons

You will want to be sure to want to work in a global business as the teams are basically in London and Boston. The market they operate in is very competitive.
