Pros

Working remotely , this is the only factor for me . always running some kind of incentive contest for the sales reps, do not do much for the service reps which is biased

Cons

lacking structure, to many sales reps , unrealistic sales goals 95% of calls you get are auto dialed outbound unsalable calls. They have reps that are getting over 100 polices a month and some who cannot hit 35 with a 3 per day goal not to hard to attain . but there is a phone system used to funnel calls to the reps who will write any policy regardless of it being a good one or not. the business needs more professional guidance you have people using inappropriate language in meetings it is too laid back of a culture at times. they do not believe in overtime or working weekends to foster a better work life balance.

We appreciate your thoughts and feedback. As the CSC evolves we continue to implement more advanced training sessions, specifically for new products. We believe it is important to continuously invest in the development of our agents so they feel confident and capable in what they are selling and will continue to assess our trainings accordingly. We also take quality and compliance very seriously, and regularly review and update our programs. Our goal for the CSC is to be a differentiator in the traditional contact center environment, and have made the decision to operate in a similar way to the rest of the business, which includes not having our agents work on the weekends. It is of utmost importance to us that our employees feel comfortable in meetings, and we will continue to work hard to address all concerns, should any issues arise. In an effort to give our employees space and time to address any questions, concerns or provide feedback, we’ve recently started regular CSC town halls. These meetings are meant to be a forum for our leaders to gather all feedback and initiate any necessary changes. Your CSC leadership and people teams want to create the best experience possible for all SBers and we encourage you to reach out whenever you have concerns.
