Good overall package with commission included There is some opportunity to move roles

Clicky environment and will you be placed aside if you don’t participate in it as you will be seen by the company as “one of us” rather than trying to help you integrate in different ways. Multiple try outs during essential time for sales. When you comment on it you will be gaslighted into the stats and trends you have brought up aren’t affecting sales. Weeks later into a new a month, a communication is sent out advising targets were being reduced for the current month.
