can work remotely most of the week pay is decent health insurance is good

There's low to no job security. Layoffs do happen just when you think you're in a good spot. There barely any balance in workload. Management plays favourites, and assign a lot of work to certain people while others barely do anything.

Good benefits, working from home, flexible hours, hr process for anyone that’s neurodivergent

Cons

Had to fight my corner each time coming back from maternity leave, leading to mental health issues due to stress and feeling like I wasn’t heard when communicating my want to develop a career. Maternity process changed every time I came back off leave.
