* People are highly supportive. * Everyone is super super friendly - no drama!!! * It is openly talked about being inclusive. Black Lives Matter is discussed from CEO down. This is amazing!!! * The most POSITIVE environment I have EVER worked in.

Cons

I don't have any negatives. Management is very supportive. There are weekly meetings to discuss concerns, People are given a chance to succeed.

Everyone has been so supportive, even while working remotely through COVID-19. The team chemistry is great, and everyone is always looking for ways to bring their teams/teammates to the next level.

Cons

None I can think of. Truly a great place to work - Looking forward to getting back to the office!

-Not much. Could be more competitive with pay, but who doesn't want to make more money
