We recognise that we have been through a period of change, and this can sometimes be difficult to navigate. We’d really appreciate it if you could share some insights around the changes you feel did not land well. Please email us with your thoughts careers@simplybusiness.co.uk - our people are the drivers of our culture and we'd love to understand what we could be doing differently to continue to ensure that SB remains an amazing place to work.

Pros

- CSC (call center) leadership truly do their best to ensure they are balancing customer needs while keeping their employee's well being at the forefront - More flexibility than any other call center - Supervisors and Leaders that treat you like a human rather than a number - Company wide bonus potential while still being in control of monthly incentive based on selling

Cons

- While there is more flexibility than I have experienced in other call centers, the flexibility is noticeably less than other functions of the business (i.e. taking a personal appointment mid day is likely not feasible without using PTO or sick time). This can certainly make it a bit tough and make you want a job off the phones moreso. - There are some processes and systems missing that you would expect in a call center; this can make some of the day to day frustrating

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. It’s wonderful to read that you feel we are striking the balance between customer needs and employee wellbeing. This is super important to us. We’d love for you to reach out to your manager or people partner about the points you’ve raised around personal appointments, processes, and systems. We’re always receptive to improving things and trialing innovative solutions - we’re all ears if you have any great ways to make some of these things easier.
