No career development, a lot of the department are quite senior therefore the general consensus for progression isn't high on the priority list. As the employees enjoy their work life balance - no one really pushes for promotions. Unfortunately for lower level employees who are looking to progress, there isn't a sufficient progression structure in place. They only provide personal objectives without any form of timeline.
