I think SB has an amazing culture of innovation, collaboration, and openness that is very refreshing especially coming from a very big legacy-style organization; I also really appreciate how much freedom there is to be creative and contribute in meaningful ways to the organization regardless of position (management v. non-management). I think they are incredibly generous with compensation, benefits, and pto, etc. -- I am grateful for what they offer and I want to just validate their trust in me with hard-work and dedication to the company!

Cons

It's difficult to say anything negative here because SB is so far above any place I've previously worked in my career. I'm really happy here!

Over the years, the tech department grew a lot, so I'm going to focus only on my specific experience in the team I spent the most time with: - I had great managers that always trusted my opinion and gave me space to grow - There's always something to work on and improve (and this way I've learned a lot) - Generally, people are recognized for making an impact on tech / product - There are many people that you can connect with, and learn from
