      Pros

      Great people to work with Made a lot of close Friends Great Benefits Very understanding Managers Great Upper Management Team Free Fruit and Soft Drinks

      Cons

      Terrible split in cultures between HQ and Contact Centre in Northampton No Free parking but half is paid for Progression is slow and you'll need to fight for it every day

      Thank you for your feedback. It is great to hear you made some firm friends whilst working with us and admired our leadership team. The Culture between our London and Northampton office is sometimes different and we think that is OK. They often do very different jobs in very different ways. We do however have an amazing set of Values that allows us all to appreciate our cultural differences and still work together really well.

      Pros

      Very open, great culture and you feel that you can make a difference if you want to.

      Cons

      Although the problem is being worked on, there are a few areas with quite a lot of tech debt.

      Pros

      Great opportunities to grow and develop as a professional. I've worked with some great and bright people. The standard of tech is high and the company has a great team of insurance and marketing professionals at their head office too.

      Cons

      You'll notice that the company changed since it's owned by private equity investors. The startup mentality is gone and that's something you can feel around you.
