Everyday is a learning day and the company lives its values every day. I was worried about feeling connected and valued working remotely. I can't believe that in this new normal I can work for a company of my choice from 200 miles away

Cons

Non so far, like everything you get out what you put in.

* People are highly supportive. * Everyone is super super friendly - no drama!!! * It is openly talked about being inclusive. Black Lives Matter is discussed from CEO down. This is amazing!!! * The most POSITIVE environment I have EVER worked in.

Cons

I don't have any negatives. Management is very supportive. There are weekly meetings to discuss concerns, People are given a chance to succeed.
