Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. It’s great to read that you enjoyed the culture, people, and opportunities for progression. Our most common piece of feedback internally is around the autonomy people have over their working hours, and how we achieve the balance between core business requirements and our teams lives. There are some teams where working hours are little more restrictive based upon the customer facing nature of their role, but we do try to help leaders provide balance to their teams.
