Company that looks after it's people, cares about it's tech but is quite slow paced - overall I would recommend.

They pay well They are good with flexible working and trust their employees (inc. pre-covid) They have good work life balance They care about the quality of their tech There's lots of people to learn from, that are willing to help you The leadership are good, nice CTO and good managers

Cons

It's very slow paced, decisions can take a long time. They mention how much they love meetings in the onboarding. It's started to become more enterprise driven architecture, which is slowing down the process even more with lots of reviews and approvals needed before delivering something.
