Good work life balance, people are generally nice and friendly.

Cons

Not too much in general, and it depends on the team. Like in Tech at the moment, there are too many changes and reorg, which make people confused and anxious. The company should encourage team members should be in their manager hiring interview for at least culture fit interview.
