Pros

Benefits are second to none and pay is benchmarked, generally above market. Culture and values seem genuine, and most people live by them. Everyone is pretty friendly and easy to work with.

Cons

Sometimes values like Empowerment and Pioneering can lead to confusion - with people not sure what they are doing, if they have the authority to do it, if its the right thing to do etc. Commitment to the environment is said a lot but doesn't feel entirely genuine yet. Very siloed working - i have no idea what is going on in other areas of the business really.
