Pros

Instead of talking about the company overall, I want to specifically point out that they have a great tech recruiting process. The HR professional responsible, at least when I was getting hired, was amazingly responsive and on top of everything. She makes sure you are heard at every step of the way and is transparent whenever it's necessary.

Cons

For senior software engineer, the pay is not as competitive as other companies. Just be aware that you won't be able to negotiate. There is also no sign-on bonus or any other special treatments.

Pros

Everything, tonnes of benefits, travel and leave. It's a high performance work place. Weeks fly by, it also has beautiful offices, great parties and an amazing culture with lots of learning opportunities.

Cons

Nothing really but if I had to say something... The salary is in the middle area, rather than top, for me, at least. That is compared to similar roles in other places... but you get a lot of other perks, seriously, you do.
