- There are quite a few projects and there is rotation between teams, so you have opportunity to try different things - Exciting projects - Strong focus on Agility (Everyday stand-ups, Sprint planning, Retrospectives, etc...) - Support for self improvement (LevelUP that helps with conferences, books, courses, etc...)

Cons

- Occasionally to many meetings - Insurance might not be the most exciting domain to work with

great people loads of ambition cross functional working between all different groups great technology hard problems to solve growing quickly build measure learn culture

some gaps in the organisation are hard to fill loads more ideas than people or time to do them

Informal culture Interesting ideas Free lunch a few times a month Some areas are cutting edge

Lots of talk but little delivery Developers rule the place and basically block every project Some areas have seen a massive lack of investment.
