Pros

Great customers and great coworkers

Cons

Work load, work life balance, incompetent district manager, poor control of inventory flow from warehouse to store. Everyone is a freight associate. And there is ZERO work life balance. The amount of times I was told that a question posed to them was above their pay grade was astounding.

Pros

The vibes were good. Pay was good as well for Full-Time.

Cons

Was on the road to assistant manager and suddenly then torn down to part time. My hours were cut by 22% and the pay was more than $2 less. They tell you they want you to focus on personal stuff as that's "more important" but the real important part is the actual job itself.
