Pros
The people working at Simpson were wonderful co-workers. The wages are competitive and fair. The benefits are extremely generous.
Cons
There is often an abundance of work requiring a good deal of overtime for exempt employees.

Pros
A terrific opportunity for any sales professional. Whether you are starting out or experienced, this can take you a long ways. Great pay, benefits, and overall support.
Cons
While implied in interviews and offer, overtime is more than expected. It is part of your job. You are well compensated, but at least 50 hours a week are at least expected. In fact, almost all non-production positions work 50+ and a lot of times, 6 days a week. If you are ready for that going in, you will be fine.
