      Pros

      Surrounded by highly intelligent professional that are driven to deliver for clients. An environment that allows you to interact with senior members of the firm and go beyond the industry and learn more about new industries.

      Cons

      Long hours that at times seems unnecessary. Too much "on-hold" time that can result in all-nighters (sometimes consecutive). A conservative culture.

      The people are very nice The salary is great The food in the canteen is all free Good benefits

      My position consisted of mostly diary management and then basic admin tasks such as expenses, processing redlines etc. I had no document work, hardly ever opened a new matter and there was no billing work. Hence I found this role boring! Also the secretaries don't get a gym subsidy, only the fee earners do! Secretaries are paid far less than fee earners why are
