Besides a steady pay check plus benefits and option for a lot of overtime which sometimes becomes a negative since it's made "mandatory" there's aren't much pros.

Cons

Site management needs to really step up their game or step aside, their lack of experience shows everyday in the decisions they make. They do a poor job everyday from the people they hire to the work they plan. We never have the right parts or tools and the managers never have a real answer, they just want to tell stories of what they did at a previous job, STOP LIVING IN THE PAST. The company preaches about safety but managers ignore a incident when their favorite employees break rules.

Recycling company that is leading the industry and the charge for a safe environment for our future, trying to eliminate waste and reduce carbon footprint.

Cons

Although it is a global leader in the industry, it is still an old boy network and women have a difficult time being heard in certain areas of their expertise and often don't get to realize their vision.
