This is a 100% Employee-Owned Company that has a lot going for it. The people make it rewarding and fun and the work is always challenging, Construction isn't for everyone, but for those who have worked in this industry recognize that Mario Sinacola & Sons is a leader and its employee owners are on the ground floor of something special because the company is growing so fast. The onboarding experience is top notch with a lot of attention to safety and helping everyone feel part of the team. If you want to be part of something great, then this is the place for you!
