      At Sinacola I'm an Employee-Owner! This makes a huge difference for me in how I approach my work. I am motivated every day to bring forth my best work and effort. At Sinacola, I feel appreciated and engaged. We have made a concerted shift towards employee engagement and recognition. I am proud to be part of a Top Workplace!
