      Pros

      It is a great place to work if you don't want to know anyone else. Keep your head down and don't talk. Your not given much of a fighting chance.

      Cons

      Upper management (Sinacola brothers) are never seen or heard from. Department bosses have no idea how to be a boss and should be let go. Horrible experiences with my boss. No training but expected me to learn system on my own. She was very belittling!!! The harder I tried the more she belittled me. Awful!!
