One of the best reasons to work at Sinacola is the Employee Stock Ownership Plan. The Company provides shares to its ESOP participants without any cost to its employees. The stock has grown consistently and so has everyone's ESOP accounts! An awesome benefit and one of many reasons to become part of this team.

Cons

The advantages of working at a 100% Employee-Owned company outweigh any con. Every company has its share of challenges, fortunately Mario Sinacola & Sons recognizes this and works hard to improve its culture and take care of its people.
