      Pros

      Very friendly co-workers, everybody try to team up to survive

      Cons

      All teams seems to protect them self to be able to meet team goals instead of having a healthy give and take collaboration and seeing the bigger picture for the company. It's taking a lot of energy and time to be able to get anything done. It's not health to be in a constant battle with the Sinchs way of working to be able to do what's expected of me. the majority of tools, ideas and elbow room is getting squished. Usually it's decided on higher levels were our input is not respected or a decision is approved before any feedback could be given. The trend seems to be that the teams flexibility and power is more and more moved out from the teams. It feels like we are in a constant wind of change. Tools and software is constantly being changed out. In house developed tools are not maintained and often deprecated. This cause an unhealthy stress and mistrust between teams. no encouragement for innovation , passion or adapting new tools and technologies.

      Great opportunities to grow

      Pros

      Great learning possibilities and possibilities to change career within the company. Fun and hard working environment. Great at what they do in an interesting field that keep developing.

      Cons

      Sometimes a bit too hard working and chaotic, leaving people feeling overwhelmed and stress. There is very little structure which can benefit some teams but can also make it very unfair to other teams, for example when it comes to benefits, bonuses etc.
