      Pros

      The company has a solid reputation and the founders are all great leaders who are still very much hands on. Really proud to be part of it, and it feels great getting the recognition from clients, MNO's and even competitors. CLX is built on solid foundations with state of the art technology and carefully selected people in all departments.

      Cons

      Reaching that critical size where it's no longer a startup company so it's creating some frustration (i.e. sometimes not as quick and agile as before both internally and externally).

      Pros

      The management team have full faith in every individual and omit absolute trust and confidence on a daily basis. The product is second to none and has been developed by the management team having an attitude to quality. Every individual from Sales to Support to HR cares about the success of the company and creates a harmonic atmosphere

      Cons

      On certain occasions working alone in an office can be difficult and communication can be overlooked.

      Great place to work

      Pros

      + lots of very experienced people working here (in development, test and support) + excellent platform, developed in-house in Java, that is well-desinged, modular, powerful, debuggable and easy to develop for + good size. Big enough to have some structure and lots of customers with deployed systems, but small enough so the code you write has a big impact on the system + all managers/team leaders/architect in R&D actually code (yay!) + "sane" working environment – features are planned with proper time to implement them, no "death march" projects. + nice office, good location (in Kista Science Tower)

      Cons

      - quite unknown company, would benefit form marketing itself better to developers - company management can sometimes have a "penny wise, pound foolish" attitude - company management can sometimes equate being in the office at certain hours with being productive
