You could not ask to work with better people, everyone looks out for one another, always willing to lend a helping hand. The employees know their jobs, are reliable and accountable. The company genuinely cares about its employees, communication from management is always clear - they take an open door policy to the next level, by not having offices, instead working alongside all employees in an open plan environment.

+ lots of very experienced people working here (in development, test and support) + excellent platform, developed in-house in Java, that is well-desinged, modular, powerful, debuggable and easy to develop for + good size. Big enough to have some structure and lots of customers with deployed systems, but small enough so the code you write has a big impact on the system + all managers/team leaders/architect in R&D actually code (yay!) + "sane" working environment – features are planned with proper time to implement them, no "death march" projects. + nice office, good location (in Kista Science Tower)
