Poor planning and too many restructuring

As the acquired companies started to have less autonomy to work independently, the path forward became less clear. It was very obvious that there was no real, cohesive company strategy and on top of that, work was done in silos. This meant a ton of redoing things, unclear expectations and general frustration day-to-day. It's probably unrealistic to expect job security nowadays, but eirher way you won't find any here. Nor will you find high salaries. Just chaos and confusion.
