1) management communicates a lot with employees, especially each time there is an acquisition (the rationale etc) which can happen quite often 2) Great kickoff with awesome music 3) Great Marketing - check our website for the same

Cons

Integration pains, many legacy systems Turnover in certain region can be caused by unprofessionalism of certain function whom discloses confidential info like salary. This makes it hard for trust to build as tendency to compare.
