      Pros

      Great people. Love my job because of the people. It's clear that the company cares about it's employees. The digital arm of the company is great. Doing a lot of exciting things in tech.

      Cons

      The company needs to get a grip on its vision. Also because it is now running a "digital" race in Web, OTT, Mobile, the company should get educated on how to stay competitive within that industry. The perks that normally come with working in tech along with salaries are just not quite there. Also it's a challenge to work for a company that clearly has a right-wing agenda, I just don't see the payoff.

      good local people good pay good product

      Cons

      corporate is small minded, micromanages and doesn't let local fly. bogs people down in small market reporting and tail chasing. VERY conservative and pushes those views into their product(s)
