Pros

Usually the better rated station in the market, so pay is better in the area

Cons

- Clear favoritism shown from management to employees - Ideas and solutions from the field crews and reporters often ignored - Field crew concerns and safety take a backseat to station concerns, unless HR mention is thrown in - Clear CYA mentality over general human concern

Toxic Work Environment

Access to adobe suites. Free coffee.

Cons

Low pay. Camera equipment is outdated. Political bias (alt-right). Video content that's produce is rubbish and a complete waste of time. Insensitive and inappropriate comments are made in the office almost everyday. HR is useless. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT WORK HERE!
