Pros

Front line employees care and want to make it a better place to work.

Cons

Top heavy organization , seems like there are more mangers than workers in some departments. Local management team lacks focus and is unwilling or unable to help. Mangers are more interested in attaining bonuses rather that providing better product solutions or service to clients or creating a better environment for their employees. As a result, products are forced on clients in order to meet sales goals and company agenda. Sales goals are unrealistic and do not reflect current market conditions. High turnover rate over the past few years made it impossible to build trust as you never know who will be gone next. Little to no cooperation between departments. Blatant right-wing agenda is pushed on local news team making us lose trust with viewers and bringing down morale. Work-life balance is nonexistent, you are on call 24-7.

Pros

Lots of stations under the corporate umbrella.

Cons

Management accepts bonuses on CRM input. The entire system is flawed. Managers were way more concerned with the bonuses they would get then on CRM than on what was sold. Lots of disgruntled employees. Management doesn't care at all about clients, just themselves.
