Pros

Decent benefits and PTO, being up to add a week of personal days for 1% of salary was cool

Cons

The alt-right content you were forced to run. News director making changes to packages to make it seem more favorable for a republican candidate. Layoffs. Just avoid it.

Cons

Lack of Leadership at Senior Levels: The senior leadership, particularly at the Director level and above, is inadequate. Executive Leadership Turmoil: The executive leadership causes significant chaos and unproductive churn with their requests, processes, and overall directives. Diversity Issues: The company struggles with diversity and inclusivity. Cultural Challenges: There's a significant need for cultural improvement within the organization. Micro-Management: The presence of micro-managers is a pervasive issue. Organizational Chaos: The organizations operations are very unorganized. Toxic Leadership: There's a lot of cutthroat, self-serving leadership that prioritizes personal agendas, often at the expense of others.
