Great group of employees to work with. I literally have no problems with the staff at the station. Everyone that works in the station are always very cordial and management in the building is the same. Always willing to work with you if something comes up. Benefits are there for full time employees Another pro is they will promote from with in the company. You can apply to other stations in other states for new job opportunities.

Cons

PAY! For the market that we work at we are severely underpaid and overworked. They continue to throw more work and shows at us without any adjustments to compensation or adding more crew to the staff to help with the workloads. So they’re are no incentives to stay long with them besides the possibility of a title change down the road.
