Working from home and not having to do deal or see interesting individual

Cons

Redundant Mangers and project managers. Everyone is a director and feels they have a right to talk down or give you instructions. Can be very rude and hostile environment

Cons

Poor training, ineffective processes, grouchy department heads, misguided assignments, and lack of support if you want to do anything outside of the box. Micromanaging & sabotaged files.
