Good pay / Poor Management

Pros

Good benefits and pay for a service desk position

Cons

Management was did not communicate with each other, causing confusion for the technicians. There is also no room to grow as they rather hire contractors for lower salaries then train and promote current employees. There is also a lack of communication between departments, so when a new process was through on to us we had little to no documentation.

Great team to work with, you learn alot, Great Healthcare ( I choose the middle of three tiers )

Cons

The pay isn't the best and some of the shifts are weird.

Solid place to work

Pros

Sinclair owns a lot more than you think and they are publicly traded. Even though they are lesser known they are one of the top 10 media companies in the country.

Cons

When I was there (during the pandemic) there was a salary freeze the entire time. Morale about bonuses and increased pay was pretty low.
